Course contents

  1. Define scope and acceptance

Write users, deliverable, exclusions, three acceptance criteria and deadline.

  2. Sequence dependencies

Specify dependencies, owner, artifact and completion condition for five tasks.

  3. Make scope tradeoffs

Write request, benefit, cost, decision and changed acceptance.

  4. Deliver with evidence and recovery

Write a handoff and one before/after failure repair.

  5. Integrated task and acceptance

Within eight hours deliver lending instructions: weekdays 9–17, register a day ahead, maximum two items, closed weekends. Decide an added weekend request and test normal, weekend and excess-item cases.

No login required. Exercises include explanations; open work uses self-check criteria without automatic grading or certification.

How do I retain independent judgment when using AI here?

Keep your own answer before consulting an AI candidate. Check sources, calculations, inference and conditions; explain adoption or rejection. Then solve a new-context task independently and apply the checks to this lesson.
