Apply the foundations

The audit separates denominators and rates, averages and distribution, recruitment and comparison conditions. Calculations describe inputs; they do not establish representativeness, significance or causation.

Your final artifact: a record of the claim, definitions, calculations, gaps and a revised conclusion. Cases and example numbers are fictional.
